I have long been a big fan of Cali Lewis and her GeekBeat videos. While they usually deal with computer and other tech topics, her partner, John P. just posted this interesting video, where he calculates how much actual cash can be carried in a standard briefcase. While most big dollar deals don’t use actual cash, this info could come in handy someday.

The driving impetus behind high-tax big-government fans is their very explicit belief that private citizens are too stupid to know how to best spend their money. It is to this end that they believe that all privately held money should be confiscated and spent by our intellectual superiors in Washington DC.
That is why this latest parody from The Onion is so perfect. It’s so close to reality that it’s almost tough to realize it is satire, at least for now.

This guy in Oregon learned a very expensive lesson about how not to pay his taxes.
The investigation started when a Benton County tax clerk noticed that the $600 in cash that Michaelis used to pay his taxes smelled like marijuana.
He should have used a different kind of money launderer first.
