Next year’s scheduled increases on dividends and capital gains will retard investment and derail the recovery. – As with any bad news on the tax front, this is a huge opportunity for those of us in the tax minimization profession to work with clients before they get fiscally raped.

As any music fan knows, the music of the Beatles is still very popular and often covered by other musicians, especially in live shows. I recently did a simple search on the Live Music Archive for TaxMan and it came up with 212 hits, including the following 13 since the beginning of 2012. Click on the show name to get access to all of the tracks from that show.

I just finished watching the excellent documentary, I want Your Money, that does a great job contrasting the successful capitalist policies of Ronald Reagan versus the destructive Marxist policies of our current affirmative action White House occupant. It would be great if GOP leaders, especially Mitt Romney, would watch this and use its ideas in the current presidential campaign.
The song over the end credits cracked me up. It makes a perfect companion track to George Harrison’s classic TaxMan that I have featured so often. Here is a special video of that song, with the lyrics.
