D.C. Is a real life parody…

Posted by taxguru on June 19, 2013

From Argus Hamilton:

Tea Party groups revealed Friday that the FBI hasn’t interviewed them about the IRS targeting them during last year’s election. The groups believe that federal agents won’t look into it. Every day at the Justice Department, it’s hit the ball, drag out the investigation.

From Fred Thompson:

While targeting right-wing groups, the IRS’s Lois Lerner received $42,000 in bonuses. Well, technically, the money was actually compensation for not being allowed to keep the scalps.

The White House announced that President Obama will speak at the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin later this month. That’s perfect, since he represents a government that can’t even afford to build a wall.

In the IRS scandal, no liberal organizations have come forward to say they were unfairly targeted. Unbelievable. Something liberals AREN’T claiming victim status on.

The IRS has put a top official in charge of implementing Obamacare on administrative leave after it was discovered he had accepted $1,100 in free gifts. Seems fair. Everyone knows there’s a $1,500 minimum.

A new report shows the federal government shelled out $332 million in employee bonuses in 2012. Since they were busy burying scandals, should we call these “shovel-ready jobs”?

More on crimes by IRS employees…

Posted by taxguru on June 17, 2013

So much for the bogus story that it was all done by employees in Cincinnati

IRS official in D.C. reviewed tea party applications

The Cincinnati lie

IRS supervisor in DC scrutinized Tea Party groups’ cases

Why the IRS IG Stopped with an Audit –  Too scared of the BHO Regime.

More effects of having a pResident who puts his own religious beliefs ahead of the security of the USA.

The IRS vs. Pro-Israel Groups

IRS: We Investigate Pro-Israel Groups for Terrorism Ties

Obamacare will share personal health info with federal, state agencies –  Say goodbye to all privacy rights, as Big Brother takes over every aspect of our lives.

IRS scandals threaten funding for President Obama’s health care law –  Not likely with the spineless GOP in Congress.

From Argus Hamilton:

IRS officials admitted the tax-exempt scrutiny squad searches for words like Patriot, Liberty and Tea Party in petitioner literature to trigger audits and delays. England can’t believe their good luck. If they’d scrutinized every pamphleteer who mentioned Liberty, Patriot and Tea Party two hundred and forty years ago, we’d still be their problem.

The U.S. Senate heard testimony from the NSA Director Keith Alexander over the NSA secret data collection program. He said the NSA doesn’t use this information against President Obama’s political opponents. That’s the IRS’s job and they’re in a different union.

China launched a spaceship with three astronauts aboard it Monday which will dock with China’s spacelab. The astronauts will telecast a view of the North American land mass to kids in school in China. They are being trained in debt collection and asset seizure.

President Obama’s job approval rating took a hit in the Gallup Poll Wednesday. Only forty-five percent of Americans approve of the job he’s doing. That means fifty-five percent of Americans are going through the shoebox in the closet getting ready for an audit.

The IRS canceled the purchase of spy equipment Wednesday including cameras for office spying. The good news about all the surveillance is there is no obesity epidemic. It’s just that Americans are always in front of someone’s camera and it puts on ten pounds.

Tax Tax Tax

Posted by taxguru on June 16, 2013

From the Rivoli Revue.

Great new song and video about all of the taxes we have to pay and the armed IRS agents we have to deal with if we don’t do as we are commanded. I can’t tag it as Humor because it is too real and anything but funny.

Let’s not let the IRS abuses slide…

Posted by taxguru on June 13, 2013

As could be predicted for our short attention span nation, there is already a push by those in power and their disciples to drop the IRS story and let them get back to their business as usual.  Even though there is no shortage of other BHO Regime scandals to keep us all busy, we need to remember that IRS has been tasked with a great deal of new power to do with ObamaCare and their abuses of power in the past will pale compared to what they will be doing in the near future if no new controls are put into place to restrain them.  This Regime has shown over and over again its opinion that it is above any laws, including the Constitution, and will just continue to ride roughshod over everyone if they are not held to account for their well documented past crimes.  If Lois Lerner doesn’t see the inside of a prison cell, the message to all other IRS employees will be clear.

FBI hasn’t contacted a single tea party group in IRS probe, groups say –  Did anyone actually expect the criminal Attorney General, Eric Holder, to do anything but hinder any investigation of the BHO Regime’s crimes?

Poof! Media drop coverage of IRS scandal –  Doing their job of covering up any news that reflects badly on the BHO regime.

Blaming Cincinnati a ‘Nuclear Strike on Us,’ Says Cincy IRS Employee –  The finger pointing continues.

Jeff Duncan questions IRS gun usage –  Big Brother needs to be able to use deadly force to keep the little people in line.

IRS Buying Spying Equipment: Covert Cameras in Coffee Trays, Plants – The similarities to the infamous Big Brother keep coming.

IRS agent tells pro-life group, “Keep your faith to yourself.” –  Unless you are Muslim, the officially protected religion under the BHO Regime.

Getting The IRS Out of Obamacare –  This is going to be a very difficult uphill battle.

Our tax-collecting agency has been called “an invitation to corruption” for decades –  Jim Geraghty

Cleta Mitchell: How to Investigate the IRS – Too practical to ever become reality.

IRS couldn’t survive one of its own audits – Typical government double standard.

Don’t trust government: The best case against the NSA is the IRS – George Will

Misfired email tipped off DC officials to IRS scandal in 2010, earlier than previously known –  FoxNews

Leftist Groups Enjoy IRS Tax-Exempt Status While Tea Party Suffers –  and we’re supposed to believe there was no favoritism?

IRS workers say supervisors directed targeting –  More finger pointing as nobody wants to take responsibility for the IRS crimes.

An IRS Political Timeline –  From Kimberley Strassel at WSJ

IRS targeting of Tea Party is no mere political scandal –  Wash. Examiner

The IRS Can’t Plead Incompetence –  The harassment of political opponents was all very deliberate

Inside IRS Unit Under Fire –  Not well liked by other parts of IRS.

IRS manager: White House not involved in reviews –  Another lie from the IRS.

Treasury gave ‘inaccurate’ info on IRS conference spending last year –  and nobody will be punished for telling lies to Congress.

Leaders of conservative groups allegedly targeted by IRS to testify on Capitol Hill –  FoxNews

What were IRS biggies really doing at the White House? –  Scheming how to destroy all of BHO’s opponents.

EPA accused of singling out conservative groups, amid IRS scandal –  BHO’s gang has been using all government agencies in its war against their opponents.

Pro-marriage group thinks IRS employee leaked Mitt Romney’s donor info to Human Rights Campaign –  Breaking laws in support of their Messiah is no big deal to government employees.

IRS manager: White House not involved in reviews –  Another bald faced lie from the IRS.

Ted Cruz: ‘Abolish the IRS’ –  Excellent idea; but not likely to get very far.

White House Counsel Robert Bauer: Architect of IRS Abuse? –  There will be lots of names.

IRS employees: Washington IRS official Carter Hull oversaw targeting of conservative groups –  Another name of someone who should be prosecuted, but won’t be.

From Jay Leno:

Quarterback Tim Tebow has signed with the New England Patriots. So the good news is that Tebow got a job. The bad news: Now he’s associated with the word “patriot,” and he’s being audited by the IRS.

From Jimmy Kimmel:

In March, Forbes magazine put out their annual list of the world’s richest people, and one of the people was a Saudi Arabian prince, and he is furious about it. Forbes estimated his net worth at around $20 billion, and he claims he is worth $30 billion, so now he is suing Forbes. I love the premise: Say I’m more rich or I’ll sue you.

The New England Patriots signed Tim Tebow Monday to play this season. He’s going to be a wealthy white male, a Christian conservative and wear the Patriots logo. His tax return is going to set off bells in the Cincinnati IRS office like he just won the showcase on The Price is Right.

Now accepting a limited number of new clients

Posted by taxguru on June 11, 2013

Now that the Tax Season dust has settled, we have evaluated our client load and have determined that we can now take on a few more specially selected clients.  We specialize working with small business owners in the United States who are eager to learn how to legally minimize their tax burden.   As has been our practice, we will begin our professional relationship with the preparation of a detailed and comprehensive report on tax saving strategies that would be appropriate for your business, for a reasonable tax deductible fee.  The tax saving report does not obligate the business owners to have us prepare their future tax returns.  Clients can use us to implement and utilize these strategies, or remain with their current tax professionals with our detailed report.

It is helpful for new clients to be using  a recent version of QuickBooks.  If you choose not to use QuickBooks, our detailed organizer has to be filled out completely and accurately.  Please, no “shoebox” information. It is a must for corporations to be on QuickBooks because IRS requires properly balanced Double Entry accounting, and QuickBooks is the easiest way to handle that.

If you would like to be a future potential client, or would just like one of our tax savings reports, please contact Sherry < NewClients@TaxGuru.org> with your contact information including a short description of your business and the State you live in.

Please put in the Subject, “POSSIBLE NEW CLIENT INFORMATION” or “REQUESTING TAX REPORT”  so we don’t think it’s junk mail.

Thank you. We look forward to starting a few new business relationships.

Kerry & Sherry Kerstetter
