Rather than rely on second hand accounts, you can download the 54 page pdf report from the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration on how IRS screwed over tax exempt groups that were not in agreement with everything the BHO Regime has been doing.
It remains to be seen whether anything will change as a result, or if any IRS employees will be punished.
